Remembrance Dinners are social gatherings with other members of our parish whose loved one has passed to eternal rest in our Lord, to have an enjoyable evening visiting with each other and getting to know one another.

There are many benefits to these "get togethers," but one benefit is that we give each other strength for our journey. Those who have been widowed for a few years and have gotten through those difficult times are a witness of strength and comfort to those who have just recently lost a loved one.
